What we collect

Browsing, searching, comparing and clicking Buy do not require an account. If you create an account we store only your email address and the alerts, saved products, saved searches and notification preferences you choose. When you click a Buy link we record the product, store, time, the PickWise page and an anonymous session identifier (and your account ID if signed in) to understand which products are useful; this is not shared with merchants by PickWise. Merchants and affiliate networks may set their own cookies after you leave PickWise. You can export or delete your data from My PickWise → Privacy, and unsubscribe from any email.

Emails

We send alerts and digests only when you ask for them. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

Third parties

Hosting provider; email delivery provider; optional Google Sign-In; optional AI provider that processes the text you type into “Mujhe Kya Chahiye?” or Gift Finder (do not enter personal information there); affiliate networks and merchants after you click a Buy link.

Retention

Click logs are kept for up to 12 months; recommendation logs 90 days; account data until you delete your account.

Your rights

Access, correction, export and deletion via My PickWise or by contacting [email]. Applicable law, including India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, may give you additional rights.
